Hi All,

I am hoping someone can please help me from pulling all my hair out over this Excel graph issue.

The problem is like many others out there I am trying to create a graph with the following criteria.

Data set

Company name Company position Rate per hour Won/lost/pending

Jimmy choo Director 80 Won
Jimmy Choo Accountant 60 Won
Jimmy Choo Assistant 20 Won
Jimmy Choo HR 40 Won
King fisher Director 60 Lost
King Fisher Accountant 40 Lost
King Fisher Assistant 25 Lost
King Fisher HR 30 Lost
SA breweries Director 100 Pending
SA breweries Assistant 35 Pending
SA breweries Accountant 50 Pending
SA breweries HR 38 Pending
Rolls Royce ect.
Virgin Media ect.

So what I need is:
1) Company Position on the x Axis in text
2) Y value is the Rate per account
3) Won/Lost/ Pending is the series to appear in the Legend
2) Company Name will pop up in the Data label

And below is an example of how I need it to look.

Y
100

• Jimmy Choo
50 Kingfisher •Rolls Royce
SA Brew
• Kingfisher
0 x axis
Director Accountant Assistant HR

Legend • Won Lost Pending

I have searched Google for the answer and the only answer is a Line graph by this does not work if my number of companies exceeds the number of positions. So If have more than 4 Companies with only the 4 positions it doesn't work :(

Much appreciated

Many thanks

Chris
