I have a Text file (xxx.txt), and it has data in columns that separated by spaces, now i want to copy the entire data and paste them in to Excel workbook, i want each column to be pasted to different column in excel, how to do this?

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.

Data | Text to Columns
Delimited <next>
Check Space (Uncheck others) <Next>
Finish

Hope this helps
