Text vs. Numbers showing up

I have a formula that pulls data from other worksheets and I am trying to have the cell be blank if a number is not there (if #N/A is there).

Curious about any advice...can't remember how exactly to do it.

Try something like:

=IF(ISERROR(A1),"";VAL(A1))

The VAL function is optional.
