Hello

Just a short note to express my appreciation to all the guru's out there - this site is absolutely phenomenal.

I'm a self taught novice at excel, too impatient to sit through classes and the help files  associated with excel have, to now, completely concussed me. (trial & error based on examples until the penny drops works best for me!)
I have learnt so much just from browsing the site, searching the message board , testing & studying 'model' examples - more importantly in the space of 30 minutes I finally learnt to use VLOOKUP effectively in the place of the ' 7 limitations' associated with the IF Function. My spreadsheet finally works the way I want it to without having to post a single question!

Thanks again - I will be returning again and again and again
