The book PivotTable Data Crunching

I am using Excel 2003 Windows XP
Question about: Data Source for Chapter 1-3 Download (not 2007)

Download spreadsheet does not look like Figure 2.5.
Starts at Column J.
Sample Data Files from:
Pivot Table Data Crunching (ISBN 0789734354)

The worksheet Main Data Source is the data used for:
Introduction (The table from Figure 1.6 is in column M)
Chapter 2, starting from Figure 2.5 & onwards
Chapter 3 (except Figure 3.8 and Figures 3.15 on
wards)
Chapter 4 (except the case study on page 68)

My spreadsheet opens in cell M5 and when I try to follow the steps in the book when I click finish I get an error message saying "cannot open PivotTable sourcefile [Chapters 1-4-sample data.xls." Is there another file or something else I am suppose to do to use this file?

There is a similar question from another user (Author: dschrimpf, Posted: Sun Feb 11, 2007 5:29 pm) but the answer given does not help me.

I think it is one bug or mistake.
