Hi Guys,

I have never seen this issue before, "the ini file containing the RGB values for the palette could not be found. make sure it is in the same location as this application"




i have removed and re-installed office, and re-installed drivers,
followed this as close as i could, surprisngly there was hardly anything even close even in google

any other suggestions?
or is reformat my best bet
