I am receiving the following error when working within Microsoft Excel.

Application Error
The instruction at “0x303c4282” referenced memory at “0x00000000”. The memory could not be “read”.
Click OK to terminate the program.

Occurs in Microsoft Excel.
Occurs when I attempt to copy a worksheet within the workbook to another worksheet within the same workbook.
Only occurs when the copied worksheet contains a chart/graph.

Steps I’ve taken to resolve.
Reboot – unsuccessful
Log-out, Log-in – unsuccessful
Panic Room - Screamed a lot - unsuccessful and people just look at me funny.

My workstation:
MS Windows 2000 (5.00.2195) service pack 4 installed.
Intel Pentium
1,038,412 kb RAM

Microsoft Excel 2000 (9.0.6926 SP-3)

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
There are quite a few possibilities that could cause this error.

Starting with the easiest one first, try just using file --> save as to save the file as a different name. That alone fixes this issue sometimes.
