Here is my formula in a cell:

=SUM(H40*I40)+250

H40 - waits for an input number
I40 - the multiplier for H40 (user cannot change)
J40 - has the formula in it (user cannot change)

Right now, the formula displays 250 in the cell. (J40)

Is there a way to have this cell remain empty unless there is either
a number in I40, or the formula result is over 250?
