Hi
I am working in Access 2010
I have a totals query with this formula
Time In Hrs: Format(([Time]\60)+(CInt(([Time]-(60*([Time]\60)))/15)*15/60),"Fixed") this is grouped on Sum
Time is a field that is grouped on sum
If I put the Time In Hrs as an unbound field in a report instead of in the query and use this formula I get a difference of .25 on some of the calculations.
=Format(([SumOfTime]\60)+(CInt(([SumOfTime]-(60*([SumOfTime]\60)))/15)*15/60),"Fixed")
Example in the query 340 min converts to 6 hr. yet on the report it is 5.75
395 is query is 6.75 on the report 6.50
Could someone explain why the difference
Thanks very much
Liz
