Time Conversion Confusion

I have a report which shows the duration of various videos on a website. I am getting confused with how to convert the time values shown on the report to the actual duration of the videos.

For instance, one video has an actual duration of 1 Minute 49 sec. ( 01.49 ). The report shows - 109,240. What is the calculation to convert 109,240 to 1.49 secs ? Thanks

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
That's apparently time in milliseconds.

=A1/1440000 and format as time

1 min 49 secs = 109 secs
I'd guess the unit is milli seconds to get 109,240. i.e. the video duration is 1 min 49.24 secs
