Time - mins,secs,100's

I am trying to enter time data in mins , secs and 100's and excel keeps rounding up the 100's. How are you meant to enter this data?

How are you entering the time? Is the cell formatted as hh:mm:ss.00?

Yes but it still rounds the seconds up and I can't seem to add any decimal points. Any advice?

For me the exact amount appears in the cell, but the rounded up amount appears in the formula bar.

Not for me - I am using Excel 2010 - does this make a diiference?
