Time sync question

I have to try to align up 3 different times, in cell a1 i have the actual time of day, in a2 I have the PC time which is off by 2 hrs and a few minutes, then I have in A3 the machine time which is 1 hour different from the actual time. I need to figure out how to line up all of these times..
