To find the exact match among 2 columns

Hi,
At the very outset i have three excel columns as mentioned above. Thus i want it will display a yes against a match and a no against mismatch. See as in above example Vivek of first column matches with Vivek of third column, hence it has shown a yes . Similarly it should show yes or no depending upon the match for further values.

Try formula below in Cell B2 and copy it down

=IF(ISERROR(MATCH(A2,$C$2:$C$8,0)),"No","Yes")
