as per the code, when Toggle button & checkbox value is Null, the color turns into RGBpurple.
However, the toggle button color is very dim (as if there is some net placed over it making it dull), whereas the checkbox color is so bright.

Screenshot: left button is a Toggle button and the right one is a checkbox.

Is there a way to make Toggle button look similar to the checkbox when it is Null?

Or do I have to replace all my toggle-buttons with Checkboxes?
Please advise.

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
AFAIK there is no way to have a solid colour on a toggle, except when it's False
