I am please to announce that I may have come up with a way to use popup photo's for my spread sheets inventory sheet without altering the file size signifcantly.

The idea is instead of embeding a picture into my comment from my computer... I can upload my inventory icons to my server and use the external URL to place in the "file location" and use the url instead of an actual photo stored in the workbook.

Sounds awesome? However, the problem I am having is that I can't confirm if that is actually working like I am proposing and not actualy having Excel take the photo form the web and somehow downloading the picture and saving it to the workbook... The reason I can't confirm this is because there is no way I can find to read the cell reference to as what is 'Poping up'

Would anyone have more information on this and is my idea good to have little icons pop up with my inventory information... Thank so much...

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
