Hi All,

I have a MS Project 2003 file that has multiple calendars used as the team will be working Sat for some phases and Sat+Sun on other phases.
I use the quick method to show critical path by assigning a deadline a few years in the past to a particular milestone and filter on the large neg float - I use this when having working sessions with the POCs/CAMs because it is quick & easy. The problem is when you have multiple calendars that critical path total slack duration is different according to calendar. Does anyone have a solution? I was trying to think of a formula that would assign 1 calendar to the total slack duration or possibly creating a seperate total slack column defaulting to the project calendar.
