Hi all, I hope you can help as I've been stuck on this for a few days and it is driving me insane.
I have inherited a worksheet listing technicians down column A and tests that we carry out along row 1 and dotted throughout this grid are dates the technicians are due for auditing/retraining.
Not all of the technicians are trained for all of the tests thankfully as there are well over a hundred tests and 50 technicians, but finding the next date on the grid can be a bit of a pain.
I've been having fun trying to sort the table into three columns to list the technicians and tests in the order that they will run out using pivot tables but not getting the desired result.
With the current format the date due is entered as (1) or (2) for the techs level and then the date, this is then hyperlinked to the training record. The techs level can be removed if ness.
Any suggestions would be welcomed, below is what I'm working with and what I would like to achieve.
I thank you in advance of any solutions you can throw my way.
