Is there any feature to arrange the row headings in an excel sheet towards the right side instead of the left of the screen

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN

Welcome to the Board!

I'm not quite sure what you mean. Have you tried selecting the Column/Row in question then Format-->Cells-->Alignment?

Also note that 4 minutes generally isn't enough of a time span for a bump. ;)
