Hi everyone,

This is an extended part of my original post for my Invoice and estimate template.

I would like to copy the below cells from the estimate sheet to a estimate database sheet.

Client name: A4
Date: E4
Document number: E3
Estimate total: I40

So when a new estimate is saved, automatically save the above values to the next available row on the database sheet.

I've done this about 6-7 years ago, also with help from this forum, but cant find the post.

Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
How about:

VBA Code:
Sub AddRecord()
  Sheets("database").Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(3)(2).Resize(1, 4).Value = Array([A4], [E4], [E3], [I40])
End Sub
