Transferring Data from a Userform to a spreadsheet

I think I am being a little over enthusiastic here and might be out of my depth. I asked a similar question earlier, but since then I have been trawling the internet for easier ways to achieve the aim and believe I may be onto something with this query.
I have designed a spreadsheet which holds employee info, actually I have 12 (1 for each month).

At present I use these monthly spreadsheets to keep track of employees whereabouts. At the moment I have been adding different activities by colour blocking the relevant dates which can be time consuming and sometimes I get the wrong colours, so on and so forth.
I have designed a User Form to help with this data input.

At present I am unsure how to transpose this info from the User Form to the Spreadsheet (the above picture is a screen shot of a test run of the macro) so that it colour blocks the correct dates with the correct colours, and if possible insert the information annotated in the "Notes" box of the User form as well as (if possible) a check to say if they are able to attend sport.
Another query is how would I get the info to be annotated if the activity crosses over into another month.

One thought . . . you could click on the actual cell of an employee that you want to update, which would display the userform. That way you can know the position on the spreadsheet from which your wanting to revise. The spreadsheet cell location can then be used when transferring data from the userform back to the spreadsheet. Not sure if I'm helping, but food for thought.

Great idea do you think this would this work if I selected multiple cells. Do you have any idea what the coding would be?
