Transparent Background for Label in userform

I have a picture Background on a userform and want the label on top to have a transparent background so the pic is visable. no selection available in properties so is there any way at all to acheive this ?

This property has suddenly stopped working for me, this is completely messing up my many userforms, anyone else having the same problem. I am using Excel 365 (2016) on a HP Spectre Notebook

There was a bug in the September updates for Office. The current build has a fix for it so you should just need to force an update of your Office installation.

Thanks Rory, after an update the problem has resolved.
