transposing chart, omitting zeros

Hi, i would like to convert table.
I have some data in the attachment and want to ... lets say transpose elements from part1 - part12 and for each item every continent to b e repeated. It sounds like it is very sophisticated but when you see my example you will understand what i want to do.

I want all this staff to be calculated automatically with the very beginning, it can be done in second tab, using functions and formulas, do you think it is possible/
if yes please tell me how
