Hi i need help on data. I would like to summarize my timetable. I have used offset function formula =OFFSET('JAN -JUNE 2011'!$C$3,((ROW()-1)*5)+COLUMN()-12,0) but i only manage to get the column C. If you would assist on the formula to get all columns summarised skipping the blank cells i would greatly appreciate

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
welcome to the board

You will only ever get column C, because you are offsetting by [((ROW()-1)*5)+COLUMN()-12] Rows, and 0 Columns

My guess is that you meant [((ROW()-1)*5)] Rows, and [COLUMN()-12] columns - if so, move your comma
