Trapping an error in a refre

For an ODBC automated refresh script for multiple worksheets, I created a dummy username/password/server name form that reads in all that data, and then calls a refresh using a connection string with all that data put into it.

Where this falls apart, however, is when I enter an invalid password - it then forces the Oracle Connection window to pop up, and an invalid password here will just throw an error anyhow.

Is there a useful way to detect and trap a refresh error due to an invalid username/server name/password so that I can then have the program take proper action?
