tree list in EXCEL cell

Hi,
I want to create tree list in the excel sheet ,
look like tree .
Any idea how I can do it ...
please advice in detailed ..

Do you mean a pivot table, perhaps?

Make sure the data you want to put into a 'tree list' is in one table and that each column has a header. Now select this data and (in Excel 2007) select Insert > PivotTable.
Put your tree 'folders' in the row labels part of the table.

I use 2003 excel
Please advice ...
