TRIM Macro only in Column A1:A6500

I am looking to find a macro that will trim all text and values only in column A through the whole ws. I would Appreciate any help possible!

My ws is called "Akamai_Aug_Report3.xls"

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Problems with Trim

I am trying to Trim the stations in Column A, but After I do the Trim function the cells in Column A are not Trimed?

Am I doing something wrong, I'm sort of boggled?
