Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
I know very little about PQ, so couldn't say.

Strangely enough, when I loaded the data into PowerQuery, you'd normally set column to data type 'Text'. When doing so, you'd create the option to use the advanced option under the 'Replace Values' option, allowing you to select the non-breaking space. Funny enough, setting the different columns to data type 'Text' was enough for PQ to auto-change the non-breaking spaces into actual spaces. For me a simple replacement of spaces with nothing, changing data type back to 'Decimal Number' was enough to get the data correctly.
