Hello, I am having issue using a nested IF(AND(logic 1, logic 2) statement.
My function is:
=SUM(IF(AND(Forecasts.xlsm!Forecast11[Resource Name]=B42,"Forecasts.xlsm!Forecast11[Workstream]<>"&'[Forecasts.xlsm]VBP Roadmap'!$B$21),Forecasts.xlsm!Forecast11[Aug-21]))
I am trying to say that if the resource name equals to cell B42 AND if the workstream does not equal to cell B21 then sum up the numbers in august. I dont know why the "not equal to" part of the statement is not working. Also, as a side note, I have to break down the SUM and IF statements into two separate statements instead of using SUMIF because I am referencing an external workbook, sumif doesn't automatically update values if I am referencing an external workbook. Thanks!
