Trouble with data series in excel 2010 chart

I have been using the pie chart for months and the selected data is correct and has always worked but for some reason two sections of the pie are not displaying the % like all the other sections do. Now in these two sections the number is only 1 so could it be due to the number being so small?

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
