Trying to compute number of weeks and days from hours

I am trying to figure out vacation time based on a 8 hour day(5 days a week/40 hour workweek) based off of total number of hours

for example:
93 hours=2 weeks 1 day 5 hours

theese 2 threads kinda are what i need, but not exactly, and unfortunately, im not excel savvy enough to figure it out from them LOL

If you have 93 in A2 then this formula in B2 will give the number of weeks, days and hours

=INT(A2/40)&" weeks "&INT(MOD(A2,40)/8)&" days "&MOD(A2,8)&" hours"

....or do you need these split into separate cells?
