I am trying to set up a Pivot Table in Excel 2010, and I can not get the Pivot table to display the data the way I want.

I have a field titled 'Days' in the data the pivot table is using. The field contains Numbers ranging from 0-220.

Here is how I would like the Pivot table to look... the underscores were used to space the display. to

________________Days (Column Label)

________________1-30______31-60_____61-90_____>91 (Column Label)
Name (Row Label)_Count_____Count_____Count_____Count (Values)
Bill Smith_________110_______80________25_______10 (Name & Count of Values between ranges 1-30, 31-60, 61-90, >91)

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
Add the days as column headers, then right click and group them starting at 1 and going to 90 in bands of 30.
