Trying to make a watermark using wordart

I have a report I make. The report has gridlines that print with it. I'm trying to make a watermark using wordart that says "1111-EEE-1111"

Every time I try this, it looks right on the workbook and in print preview. However, when I print this document it takes away the gridlines where the word art is
 

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
