Trying to reference and output column3 into a cell based on options from column1and2

I am trying to grab a value from column 3 in on table 3 on the module sheet, on the bom sheet, a customer would give the wind speed and snow load, then based on those two values I would like to be able to output column 3 value onto the BOM page. i hope im making sense, please help

BOM Sheet, cell A2: wind speed (10) cell B2: Snow Load (25 Lbs)

3rd Sheet: cell A1: =BOM!A2*BOM!B2
