Hi Everyone,
I have been searching an answer to this question for a while now so I thought I would signup and see if anyone can help as I haven't found an answer yet...got close but I still get errors with my formula.

I need two formulas actually:
1. I need cell A9 to mirror (display the same text) a cell on a different worksheet, cell C7.

2. The harder one - I have a small table, in cell A7 I have a sum, in cell A9 I have either "Yes" or "No" displayed (from the question above), and what I need in cell A10 is a formula that displays the sum in cell A7 if cell A9 is "Yes" and displays "0" if cell A9 displays "No".

Thanks everyone!!
(not sure how to attach a photo otherwise I would show you a screen shot.)

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
WOW your good!! I cant tell you how much time I spent on that yesterday and into the late evening!

one more question on A9...I am not sure what I did wrong with your formula but I still get an error. I changed "sheet2" my sheet (DWP Index) and it didn't work...what else I am doing wrong? Thanks!!

Try

='DWP Index'!C7

The single quotes are necessary if the sheet name has spaces in it (which your does).

Never mind...I am an idiot! I figured it out with your code...I originally gave you cell C7 but when I edited your code I selected a different cell and did not remove C7 from your code. Thank you so much for your help!! I wish I could pay you back!
