Unable to import data

Hi all

I'm trying to import data from various spreadsheets into a central one to save copying an pasting data.
The first import worked perfectly, but the second doesn't want to know.

I'm going through the Data/Import External Data/Import Data route, and selecting the spreadsheet.
It's then bringing up a Data Properties box where it's asking to confirm the database name (which currently contains the filepath/name of the spreadsheet I'm trying to import) and if I OK that, I get a "Please enter MS JET OLE DB Initialization Information" box.
If I OK that, it just disappears and doesn't import the data.

I've checked the spreadsheet has data in it (it does) and I can't see where anything's going wrong.

Anyone any ideas?

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
I was under the impression it's quicker to use the import.
It would be easier to copy/paste though as it's easier to update filepaths.
