still results in $0.00

I don't think a SUM will ever give you "", it can give you 0, but not "", so you may want to change the TRUE condition up there. And if you are still getting $0, its because Y93,Y84,Y75,Y66,Y57,Y48,Y39,Y30,Y20,Y10 all have $0 values.

Further note, you don't the need the SUM, you can just have Y93+Y84+Y75+Y66+Y57+Y48+Y39+Y30+Y20+Y10
