I have a column of names, with the names all in caps. I would like to only have the first letter be capitalized - is there an easy way to do this? I'm sure it's simple and I'm just missing something...

Thanks!

You can use a formula =Proper(a1) then copy down and paste special values back into the row with the names.

Hope that helps.
