Can someone explain to me what the highlighted (in yellow) mean? I am having a difficult time with understanding the code and how it is working.

I see that ay = .Row but WHAT row is it starting with??

ay2? Is that saying it is "ay" times 2?

What is cc?

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
It is important to understand how "Worksheet_Change" event procedures work.
"Worksheet_Change" event procedures are VBA code that runs automatically when a range is manually updates in Excel.
Its one parameter, "Target", is the range that was updated that caused it to row.

So "Target.Row" is the row number of the cell that was just updated.
ay + 2 is simply just adding two to that row number.
