Unique list of records that have duplicate records

Good afternoon. I have a dataset that will continually grow. As new records are added, I want to see if duplicate records appear in column 2 and be able to report that these duplicate records cross over into multiple records in column 1. Can someone assist me in two formulas? Many thanks.
