Hi, could someone please help me develop this formula to include another column criteria...

=SUMPRODUCT(--(UNIQUE(FILTER(Register!$F$2:$F$513,TEXT(Register!$B$2:$B$513,"yyyy-mm")=B$4))<>""))

Column F is the unique ranges
Column B is the dates

I want to add Column D which refers to individuals names

So I want to calculate how many unique entries under column F for the specified criterion of dates (column B) and names of people (column D)

Thank you so much in advance

Excel Facts

When they said...
When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
Are the names in col D on both sheets?

Hi, yes all the columns are on the one sheet called 'Register' - so I want to find the count of the unique entries in column F if Column B and Column D are matching the cells that have a date (B4 in this case) and persons name in (which will be cell B3)

Ok, how about
Excel Formula:
=ROWS(UNIQUE(FILTER(Register!$F$2:$F$513,(TEXT(Register!$B$2:$B$513,"yyyy-mm")=B$4)*(Register!$F$2:$F$513<>"")*(Register!$D$2:$D$513=B$3))))
