Unlocking encrypted excel

Ho guys, how do i unlock a encrypted excel file. I dont remember the password at all.. aince its encrypted i cant even open the file.
 

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
