Unprotecting cells

I have a work book which contain few Sheets.

How do I Protect the entire Workbook and unprotect few cells?

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)

right click on the cells you want to unprotect and go to FORMAT CELLS
go to Protection and remove check mark from Locked
when your work book is protected these cells will remain unlocked
