Update a graphic with content from a list

The beauty of the list option is the INSERT ROW (the one with the asterisk).
I want to create a graphic from data located within this list. The problem I have is that the length of the list change from time to time. That being said, the data area covered by my graphic changes also. can the area used to built the graphic be dynamically change or something like that?

Yes it is possible.

you will need to either create named ranges or change your chart references to a formula:

I have just finded out that it is the way you select the data that goes in the chart that makes the dynamic update possible. So finally, I don't really need to assign a name or use the offset function in order to achieve what I want.
