Update employee and revenue range

Hi All,

I have a list where employee range is likewise

0
24
29
189
234
567
56784
19875

but i need 0-25,25-100, 100-250 in this range. In the same way I want to update revenue range also.

Is there any way to do this?

What do you want to do with the list exactly, summarise into those buckets maybe? Have you tried using a pivottable maybe? Or the frequency function?
