Update field upon closing another form

I have a main form called "ASTCertificates" with a combo box field called "Customer_Name" This combo box gets its data from a table called "Customers", field name "CustomerName"...

What I want it to do is....Double click on the combo field "Customer_Name" and open a form called frm-CustomerMaintenance in Add mode.... after adding the new data, click on a close button.....upon closing the form frm-CustomerMaintenance the "Customer_Name" field should requery and the new data be in the list....

Help on the code????

I've done this with the following code as a sub assigned to the Close button:

If Me.Dirty Then
    RunCommand acCmdSaveRecord
End If

me.dirty (as I understand it) checks to see if your form field matches the underlying table. If it doesn't, the record isn't saved and it will save it for you.
