hi there

I have a sharepoint system that I use to track some sales
I have a scenario I cant get round and wondered if anyone could help

The sales advisors have a sales spreadsheet that they complete, this then feeds in to a Team Leaders sales sheet. The Team Leaders sales sheets then feed into a Area Manager sheet

The link between TL sheet and sales advisor works. The part I'm struggling with is that if a sales advisor sheet is completed and the area manager goes to check sales, unless the TL sheet has opened to update the sales are wrong.

Is there a way to do it so that as long as the source sheets are completed that Area Manager can see real-time view.

Hope that makes sense

Thanks

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
