Update on main cell, and lock the last target cell while allowing for putting in new values in the next cells.

I will add a picture to explain.
But this is my problem, I want to have a main cell F5. This is for plotting in the amount of contracts for a trade, if I plot in a 1 the cells for adding values F10:T10 will multiply with the currency.
What I want to happen, is that when I change the value in F5 from 1 to 10, the cells that have been already assigned a value by multiplying with 1 does not change. And all the new values added will now multiply with 10.
The number examples are strictly examples here, I want it to be able to use the number that I choose.
Help would be greatly appreciated, I realise this has to be done in VBA, but my skills in VBA aren't that great.
Look at the image to see an example of what I mean.
