UPDATE TEXTBOX VALUE WITH SERIAL PORT

HELLO EVERYONE.
I am developing a digital weight scale program but don't know how to communicate with digital weight indicator.
the weight indicator is connected with serial port to CPU
So please tell me how can i get data from serial port in my TEXT BOX.
