updating an excel sheet automatically which is reading from a multiple sources

Hello , I am a very new in VBA , i need help regarding below matter :

what is the suggested macro if i would like to do a comparison more than an excel sheets figures and keep the summary in a specific format in a separate sheet which will be updated automatically as long as any figure on the source data get changed
