updating and inserting a data in database from excel table using vba

i am confused how to update and insert data in database from excel table using vba.

i have connection code but dont know how to update and insert data.
i have two primary key. i wanted to check the condition and insert and update the data. if the condition(primary key is their) is true than update the database else insert the data.

i would be very gratefull if someone could help me with this .
